POWERLIFT +

POWERLIFT +

Over time the reservoir pressure in a natural gas well declines to the point where it is no longer sufficient to lift produced water droplets to the surface. This results in the accumulation of liquid in the tubing leading to further drops in pressure and lost production. Sometimes, accumulations of sand, silt, sludge or clay also occur. If these conditions are left unchecked, the well will ultimately reach the reservoir shut-in pressure causing gas flow and well production to cease. These problems commonly require treatment with multiple products. POWERLIFT+ combines the power of a foaming agent and dispersant in one, allowing you to treat these issues with a single solution resulting in time and cost savings! POWERLIFT+ is designed to remove accumulations of water, solids including sand and combinations thereof from oil and gas wells. This product can be applied using an endless tubing unit to remove existing accumulations or it can be fed continuously to keep the solids suspended, dewater the well and keep the well clean. Batch treatments of POWERLIFT+ will alleviate these conditions

This alkaline detergent is formulated for use in hot
    tanks and mechanical recirculating spray-wash
systems for cleaning aluminum and other metal parts.
    SONIC WASH LF combines high-performance
    surfactants, alkalinity boosters, water-conditioning
agents, and corrosion inhibitors to deliver:
    • Very fast and effective cleaning
    • Excellent oil and soil removal
    • Residue-free rinsing in a variety of water conditions
Effective on soils such as buffing compounds,
carbon, coolants, dirt, fats, grease, inks, cutting oils,
drawing compounds, fingerprints, forming oils, selfemulsifying
oils, silicone lubricants, tar, pitch, and
    waxes.
    Recommended substrates: steel, aluminum,
chrome plating, titanium and titanium plating, zinc and
    galvanized surfaces, plastics, and concrete.
Material compatibility and soil removal should always
be confirmed by testing representative parts and
    contaminants under actual cleaning conditions.
    Applications include.
    - Cabinet & in-line spray wash systems
    - Turbulation spray-wash systems
    - Immersion tanks
    - Ultrasonic parts washers

    DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
    Hot tank applications
Use SONIC WASH LF at 5–15% v/v in water (5-10% is
most typical). For optimum cleaning, maintain the
    solution temperature between 50–77°C. Higher
    temperatures will shorten cleaning time.
    Mechanical recirculating spray -wash systems
Use SONIC WASH LF at 5–10% v/v in water (6-7% is
most typical), depending on soil load and part
    cleanliness requirements. For optimum cleaning,
    maintain solution temperatures between 50–77°C.
Cleaning time will vary based on product
concentration, solution temperature, and soil severity.
After the washing cycle is complete, any residual
SONIC WASH LF can be easily rinsed from parts with
water. Adjust dilution ratios as needed to achieve the
    desired performance.

About Me

From the Patch to Building Something Better

My name is Vince Frazer, and I grew up in the Lloydminster / Blackfoot area. Like a lot of people around here, I started my working life in the oil and gas industry — learning early what hard work, accountability, and problem‑solving really look like

I’m married, have three kids and four grandchildren, family has always been a big part of why I care about doing things the right way. I’ve also always been someone with ideas — ways to make everyday problems easier, safer, or more efficient.

Over the years, I worked on water well rigs, service rigs, and operating wells, eventually working my way up to foreman for a local oil and gas company. Those roles taught me how important reliable equipment, practical solutions, and no‑nonsense products are in real working environments. If something didn’t work, you found out fast — and it cost time and money.

That mindset led me to invent and patent a product called Hunchback Hockey, designed to make hauling hockey bags easier and healthier. Building that product showed me I had more to offer than just ideas — I could take problems, turn them into real solutions, and bring them to market.

That experience planted the seed for starting my own company.

Today, I focus on providing industrial and commercial cleaning products that are built for the kind of work environments I know well — shops, fleets, equipment, and concrete floors that take real abuse. I believe products should do what they claim, be easy to use, and stand up to daily use without excuses.

This business isn’t about flashy branding or corporate sales tactics. It’s about providing honest solutions, backing them with experience, and building long‑term relationships with people who value quality and straight talk.

I’ve lived the work. I understand the mess. And I’m committed to helping other local businesses do their jobs cleaner, safer, and more efficiently.
